| Account Opening |
- Minimum order $350.00
- No Minimum re-order.
- First time customer orders are required to be pre paid via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

| Shipping |
- Method: All small orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Larger orders are shipped LTL.
- Shipping Times: Shipping dates and the time for delivery are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.

| Breakage, Loss or Damage |
- Inspection: Items are inspected for damage prior to leaving Bickett Tobin & Co's facility. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect for defects or omissions prior to signing the delivery notice.
- Damage Reports: All damage or omissions must be reported to Bickett Tobin & Co. within five days of receipt of the order to receive a credit or RA. Damage or omissions reported after five days will not be accepted.
- Packaging: Please retain the original packaging as the carrier may request an inspection.

| Returns |
- Merchandise may not be returned without authorization and credit will not be issued unless damage is reported to Bickett Tobin & Co. at (651) 204-0577 or by fax at (651) 204-0579.
- Time Limitations: Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the goods.
- Documentation: Relevant documentation such as pictures and a copy of all shipping documents indicating the date of arrival is required.
- Restocking: A restocking charge of 15% will be charged on all returns unless merchandise is defective. Items made to customer specifications or special order non-stocking items will not be credited unless defective.

| Invoicing |
- Invoices are mailed to the customer within 2 days of product shipment.
- Invoice corrections / adjustments are made after customer contact to the customer service department.
- Adjustments are made internally via credit memo.
